Christmas Angel Tree

This Missions Team has done some form of an Angel Tree for more than 10 years.  Initially the project served needy families in the east vally.  We have worked with various agencies over the years and in 2006 we decided to do something for senior citizens as well as children.

We are proud to say that we  now support children, who names are provided by the Gilbert Office of Child Protective Services, and the Seniors we support are chosen for us by Gilbert Home Instead program.

HOW CAN YOU GET INVOLVED:

  1. Decide if you would like to "adopt" a child (ages from infant - 17) or a Senior.
  2. Pick a name tag off the Christmas Angel Tree in the activity Center
  3. Based on what is on the tag, go shopping for your "adopted" person
  4. Return wrapped gifts with the tag back to the Missions table by the due date

You can help Christ's Community - One person at a Time.

Watch the bulletin in the November/December time frame for when the Christmas Angel Tree is up and ready.
