A long time ago Jesus of Nazareth came into the world to welcome people to a new way of living. He met people bogged down with the worries of life. He met children who were just happy to be living and playing with their friends. He met people who rejected him; who were unwilling to receive God’s promises. He also met many people who had been ill for many years. His practice was to welcome people, to love them, to offer them a new reason to live. His practice was also to offer people healing, especially complete healing of their spirit.

In honor of Jesus who calls us all to follow him, we at First Gilbert offer you healing, wholeness, joy, God’s wisdom and knowledge, special times with friends you can trust, and a whole new reason for living. Yes, we too have our burdens and we have many great joys given to us by God. It is our joy to welcome you to this place in the name and power of Christ our Lord.
